Starting Point Services for Children is an agency comprised of collaborative, resourceful, student oriented and caring professionals serving preschoolers with disabilities as identified by the Committee on Preschool Special Education of the New York City Department of Education.

Starting Point Services for Children provides the following services to preschool students with disabilities: Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT), Special Class in an Integrated Setting (SCIS) and Related Services. These services are provided in inclusive and supportive environments that help young learners build foundational skills, participate with peers, and grow both academically and socially.
